Returns & Shipping
Unless priority mail is ordered at checkout, all items will be shipped regular U.S. postal mail within two (2) business days of receipt of payment.
Hair Restoration Laboratories does not provide any guarantee or warranties as to the results that will be achieved using the DHT Blocking Hair Loss Shampoos, the DHT Blocking Hair Loss Conditioner, the Ultra Strength Hair Regrowth Treatment, 16 Diode Laser Comb and/or the 200 Diode Laser Helmet.
Each individual’s response to any hair loss treatment is dependent upon a number of physical factors, all of which are beyond the control of Hair Restoration Laboratories. It is strongly recommended that customers first consult with their physician before utilizing any hair loss product. Results will vary.
If fourteen (14) calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com. Please provide in the email: (1) your name; (2) order number; and (3) a reason for the return. Our Customer Service Department will then email you instructions for the return, including a return address and an RMA number to write on the outside of the packaging in which you are returning your product.
If you wish to participate in either our Instagram or Facebook sixty (60) day return promotion, the following rules apply: (1) the customer must attest in writing that he/she does not notice any improvements in hair quality, hair growth or cessation of hair loss/thinning within sixty (60) days of the date of the purchase; (2) only one (1) bottle of either our DHT Blocking Shampoos or Conditioner may be returned for a refund; (3) the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the one bottle; and (4) the bottle must be received by us within sixty (60) calendar days of the date on which the bottle was purchased. Upon receipt of the returned bottle, the customer will receive a refund for the cost of the bottle purchased, minus any costs charged at the the time of purchase for shipping. This promotion is limited to one return per customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do believe that you have received a refund within seven (7) calendar days in which you are advised by Hair Restoration Laboratories that the refund has been processed, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
